Emily Duddy
Emily is a Certified Canine Trainer and a Certified Canine Behavior Specialist servicing all of San Diego. She has 10+ years of experience training dogs. Since opening Embark Dog Training in 2017, she has worked with hundreds of dogs and their owners to provide successful training techniques that focus on the well-being of both the owner and their dogs.
Emily began her training career using traditional techniques. After observing her own dog, Scout, not able to embrace long-term results she knew were possible, she embraced a new approach. Emily turned her focus to understanding behavior and became certified as a Canine Behavior Specialist. Her method uses a philosophy to understand the dog’s needs and what needs they are communicating through their behaviors. She has seen drastic results in Scout and other dogs utilizing this holistic approach.
